The Alien
This time, my warriors and I feel secure Our arch enemy is slain. Ultimate victory has been procured It is time for the champagne.
We’d never encountered an opponent Quite like this alien, before. He had a special unseen component And the advantage in the war.
He had a powerful charismatic Effect on people that he met And a flare for the dramatic, One was not likely to forget.
The alien, though from another place, Remote from this Earthly sphere, Revealed himself with mankind’s face, And normal, when he’d appear.
We pursued him for more than three decades Using every weapon at hand To defeat this fearsome alien warrior And take back our rightful land.
Territory assigned to us, by God, Many centuries ago, Where we were free to run roughshod Through the sky and Earth below.
The last three years have been the most intense, In this war for all mankind. He’d inundated our every offense Beating us where we were blind.
Finally today, we pinned him down On a hilltop near his base. You should have heard my troops as he was bound And seen the look on his face.
Rejoice victorious warriors rejoice! There’ll be a hot time tonight. His remains are in the pit, raise you voice Today, we have sealed our plight
In victory one thing still bothers me What if this alien wasn’t a fraud, And was who he declared himself to be, The only true Son of God?
John 16:33 NIV "I have told you these things,
so that in me you may have peace.
Rev 17:13-14 NIV They have one purpose and will
give their power and authority
